Hi the heron cross chintz teapots are very hard to decorate without having some sort of defect in the print most will not be noticeable. with the darker prints, this can be the overlap where the prints meet this leaves a dark line. Or in some cases a small gap in the print this leaves a small cream area. So i am going to class them all as seconds no chips or crack and no returns. 99% of customers will be Happy with their item.
