• Rear: Features a repeated double "S" pattern for elegance and security.

Any pale/frosted/milky areas shown in the photos are reflections on the blister packaging, they are not on the bars themselves.

Payment Policy

• We will accept PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer (BACS). 
• We will not ship the order until the payment has cleared.
• Payments must be made within 48 hours of the order being raised.

Shipping Policy

We usually ship the orders (once the payments has been confirmed as being cleared) within 24 hours.  Orders where the payment has cleared before 3 pm will often be shipped on the same day. Exceptions to these timescales are of course weekends and Bank Holidays (for England).   Below is a list of things you should be aware of before raising an order:

• UK orders will be shipped well packaged and via Royal Mail '2nd Class Signed For' (you can also select 1st Class Signed For or Special Delivery for an extra charge).
• Where available (with a 'Signed For' service), all orders are sent fully insured.  However, that insurance only applies to the delivery address.  i.e. If you use a Business Post service and the package goes missing passed the point of the Royal Mail delivery and receiving a signature, then our obligation for delivery is met and the matter of the missing package would be between you and your Business Post Company.
• All orders paid for via PayPal must be sent to the PayPal registered address.  There is no exception to this.
• All orders are sent via a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service , therefore please be aware that there must be someone at the delivery address who can sign for the package.  Due to this, we will not send items to PO Box addresses, as they do not offer a signature of delivery acceptance service.  
• We cannot accommodate requests to leave the package somewhere on the property, as a signature is required at the point of delivery.
• All items are sent in plain discrete packaging .  There is nothing on the packaging or labels to give a hint to the contents.  The exception to this is if the package is being sent outside the European Union (EU), where we will need to attach a Customs Declaration Certificate.  Not very discrete we know, but a legal requirement. 
• All orders sent to non-UK parts of the European Union will be sent via an International Tracked and Signed Service.
• All orders sent to other Non-EU European countries will be sent via the best signed for and tracked service that is available.
• Orders sent outside of the EU and Europe will be sent via eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP).  Import Duties, etc, usually apply and will be the buyer's responsibility.
• Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns policy

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING The 14 days returns period applies if the item sent by TJB Precious Metals (TJB PM) is deemed significantly different from the eBay item listing, the listing photos, or arrives damaged in the post. The 14 days is not a generic return period or "cooling off period".   i.e. if the item is shipped and the buyer changes their mind (aka buyer remorse) it is not usually an acceptable reason under the returns policy. That said, all cases will be examined on their own merits. WHO WILL PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE If the sent item arrives and is deemed significantly different from the item listing, listing photos, or damaged, TJB PM will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer pays for the return postage. Again, each case will be examined on its own merits. */ The item must be sent back using Royal Mail 'Signed For' services, or via eBays labelling system. */ The item must be returned in the same new condition as when it was sent out. If the item includes Mint packaging or such like, these should be unopened and intact. EXEMPTION FROM BUYER'S REMORSE AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS (once the item is shipped) Precious Metals are exempt from the 'right to cancel' and buyer's remorse within The Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations) due to their fluctuating market prices. Therefore returns are only accepted on prior agreement with us, and each case will be examined on its own merits. WHY SUCH A ROBUST RETURNS POLICY It is what The Consumer Contracts Regulations (formally Distance Selling Regulations) state and this returns policy is commonly used by most precious metals dealers. But if there is an issue, please contact us, we don't bite.
