The Alpinestars Vapor Elbow Guards are ideal for Motocross and off-road riding. There thermo-formed polymer material construction offers improved impact performance. Its asymmetrical, lightweight construction will help to reduce chances of rotation.

Availability & Delivery

If you are based in the UK....

Then you should normally allow around 1 - 2 days to receive your order. For example: if your order is placed on Monday it will go out on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. During busy periods, e.g. November and December, you should allow 3 - 4 days to receive your order.  However, if you live in Northern parts of Scotland, DPD delivery periods are 2 days, even though they are sent on a 'next day' service, sorry.

If you are based outside of the UK....

Then delivery times will take longer. Normally 3 - 5 days for European Courier deliveries and longer for post. Outside of Europe things take a bit longer, around 5 - 12 days for Courier deliveries and anything up to 4 weeks by post, depending on the quality of the postal service at your end.

We use UPS and DPD for all items which are too large to post so, if you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left and you can collect the item from your local post office. Unfortunately it is not possible to advise on the actual time of delivery.

A signature is required for all orders sent via USP and DPD. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.

Returns Policy

At Dirtbikebitz.com we pride ourselves on our customer service. You can return any item to us within 30 working days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

We accept returns on the basis that the item/s are un-used, and in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.

Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery.

Return postage costs cannot be covered by Dirtbikebitz.com unless damaged or faulty goods. Items must be received back with us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you return to us within this period you will receive a full refund.

Dirtbikebitz.com cannot refund/exchange an item until it has been returned.

If you would like to return anything or have any problems, please either call us on 01297 551 575 or email us at [email address removed by eBay]  and we will help solve any problem to your satisfaction and advise how to proceed.

You MUST NOT write directly, apply stickers or stamps on to the original packaging as this will affect our ability to re-sell the item and may result in a refund being denied if one is requested. We reserve the right to refuse items sent back with defaced or damaged packaging or to charge for the packaging to be replaced.

NOTE: Custom Graphics and Shirt Printing have been made specifically for you they cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.

Returns / Exchange Address

Simply return items to the returns address, which is also found in the top left hand corner of your invoice, include a copy of your invoice if possible otherwise, as a minimum, your name, address, order number and telephone number and add a small note saying what you want us to do.
