Return &  Exchange Policy     

1----  Faulty products       

If there’s something wrong with your product,  please contact us firstly. Please kindly email us with images of damage, along  with your eBay  ID (or Order No.), to help us confirm  the matter. From the image,  we will offer a solution that you’ll be willing  to accept .    

2----  Unwanted Purchases Customers can return their unwanted  purchase within 14 days from the delivery date if they change their mind. To  organize the return of any goods, please email us firstly before sending them  back.  All returns are the customer’s responsibility until we have received  them back safely in our warehouse.      

Return  For Exchange: We accept exchange if the product isn’t  suitable, but since we’ve paid  initial  shipping fee to couriers, customers need to pay return & re-send postage  themselves.  Return  For Refund: If you prefer a refund instead of  exchange, we’ll arrange. Also, since we’ve paid   initial shipping fee to couriers, I’m afraid that we’ll only refund you  Item Price in the case. That’s to say:       

• If your order is free shipping, we’ll  refund total amount of your order after  returned parcel received;        
• But if your order isn’t free shipping, we’ll deduct postage that  paid to couriers, and only refund you Item Price.           

Cancellations:

      To ensure that your parcels will reach you  earlier, parcels are collected early morning. Thus, we’re only able to fulfill cancellations  that sent before 10 a.m., the second day of your order . Otherwise, it’ll  be too late to cancel your orders. Your understanding will be much appreciated.
