The next day service is not currently available to customers living in highlands and islands but we will aim to get your order to you in 48 working hours instead.

All parcels weighing less than 1.2 kilos will be sent by first class Royal Mail, all orders weighing more than 1.2 kilos will be send by courier.
All courier orders will be delivered between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Shortly after placing your order, you will be sent tracking information by email to allow you to track the progress of your order. If you feel that your order should have arrived, use the tracking information provided to check on its status. If you have any concerns about your delivery then please don't hesitate to email us, or phone our customer services on 0844 871 0443 and we will be happy to help.
All orders from Matrix Nutrition require a signature for delivery; this completes the order tracking and provides security and peace of mind for both you and us. If you are happy for your order to be signed for by a neighbour then please add relevant notes when you place your order such as 'leave with number 12 if not at home' and we will be happy to arrange this.
Should there be no one at home when we deliver - it's not a problem. Our courier will leave a calling card and contact number so that you can re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time.
If for any reason you need to amend your delivery details, we are able to do so up to the point your parcel is despatched from our warehouse. We recommend contacting us via the eBay messaging service as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Matrix Nutrition wants its customers to be 100% happy with the purchase and level of service received from us but we do understand that sometimes customers may need to return an item to us.
We are happy to accept returns for full refund of purchase price within 30 days of receipt. Customers are able to return any items that are in mint unopened condition to us at their own expense. We advise when doing this to use a tracked and insured service to safeguard you against potential loss when making a return. Should you need to return an item please first contact us either through the my message system in eBay or by telephoning our customer service department on 0844 8710443 to gain a returns authorisation number. This number helps us to process your return and refund as quickly as possible.
Please accept our apologies if you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, events such as these are uncommon but should you experience this with any order we want to help get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. If you have an issue with your order please contact us and we can arrange to collect your order and process your return as quickly as possible. All faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All unwanted items must be returned at the customers own cost. We are happy to collect or pay for the return of faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Once we have received your returned item we will notify you via email and confirm when your refund will be made. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. Customers will be refunded by the method the order was originally paid with.
