Engineered to meet the FEFCO style 0201 standards, our single wall boxes boast a robust construction featuring a Kraft paper outer liner, a test inner liner, and a B flute. This design ensures optimal strength and durability, safeguarding your items during handling and transit.

For your convenience, all our boxes are supplied flat packed, allowing for easy storage without occupying excessive space. When ready for use, securely tape the bottom flaps closed, and once your product is safely nestled within, tape the top flaps shut. Find compatible tapes available separately in our store, providing a hassle-free packaging experience.

Please note that the provided measurements represent the internal dimensions, indicated as Length x Breadth x Height. For the external dimensions, simply add an additional 4mm to all sides. To ensure accuracy, we adhere to a trade tolerance of +/- 3% on the stated measurements.

Please note weight restrictions, any package weighing over 750g will have a free upgrade to 48 Hour Courier. Due to weight and size restrictions some orders may be split into separate parcels.   Economy Delivery (1-3 Days)

We offer this as a FREE service.   The Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 3 working days after the day posted.   48 Hour Courier   A small charge will added for this service; please see the individual listing page for this charge.   Combined orders weighing over 750g will qualify for a free upgrade to this service.   24 Hour Courier   A small charge may added for this service depending on the location, please read the individual listing page for this charge. Only available Monday to Friday - Dispatch and Deliveries.   Dispatch Times   At ODL Packaging we appreciate that as a mail order business our customers would like their new purchase to be with them as soon as possible. That is why we offer a morning and afternoon Royal Mail dispatch.   See guide below for typical Royal Mail dispatch times.   Monday - Friday   9:00 am - All the previous nights orders will be dispatched.   4:00 pm - All the days orders will be dispatched.     All orders received after the Friday postal run will be dispatched on the following Monday unless it’s a Bank Holiday in which case it will be the next working day.     If you place your order before the times above we will try our best to have your goods packaged and sent on its way to you.     All orders dispatched using a 24 Hour Courier are dispatched and delivered Monday - Friday PM.     ODL Packaging cannot be held responsible for any postal delays you may encounter; the above is for guidance only. ODL Packaging relies on the postal services to provide us and our customers with a service we are all happy with. In the unlikely event of an item needing to be returned to ODL Packaging, the customer must contact ODL Packaging and all items must be of the same quality as originally sent and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, if ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item find the item to be faulty or as other than as described we will refund the return fees and offer a full refund or a replacement order which will be at the customer choice.

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item will offer a full refund minus a small charge for handling and packaging and postage charges (These charges will be agreed with the customer before the item is returned), or a replacement item (A small postage and packaging fee will be applied).
