Payment is by Paypal. Alternatively please call our ebay hotline where we can accept payment by Credit or Debit Card (DEBIT PREFERRED).
We also accept payment by Bank Transfer or Cheque but payment must clear before we can dispatch the goods
When can I expect delivery?
Delivery will be made the next working day by Tuffnells between 9-5 if ordered before 3pm e.g. if you order on a Tuesday before 3pm you will receive it on Wednesday . If you order on Friday you will receive your product on Monday . Orders made over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday . Any orders over a bank holiday weekend will be delivered on Wednesday .
Can I specify a delivery day or change delivery address?
Yes you can - just email us having made the purchase with your instructions
How much does delivery cost? My ladder has not arrived?
We provide tracking details by email (entitled “Thank you for your order”) – you can track these online the following day by calling our carriers. Alternatively you can contact us and we will chase it for you.
FAULTY GOODS
If your purchase develops a manufacturing fault, we will generally collect and exchange or refund the item provided it is found to be in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and re-delivery and the goods will need to be inspected before refund.
UNWANTED GOODS
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
Provided your purchase remains unused, unopened and 'as new' we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected before reimbursement. If you wish, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but PLEASE NOTE that we will charge a 40% restocking and insurance fee (or £25 whichever is greater).
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Goods Damaged in Transit & Shortages
You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier's receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order that we may despatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us within 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carriers and trace the missing items.
