Description:

A Georgian  gold fob with a carved Citrine seal. The seal features a dog and the the Citrine stone is faceted around the edge. Originally made to hang on a watch chain and used to seal correspondence, today it makes a unique and beautiful pendant which can be worn on a chain.

Weighs 13 grams.

Please note I have photographed this on a gold chain to show how it looks but the chain is not included, the price is for the fob only.

Georgian (pre-1837).

Size: Total height including the hanging loop is just under 1 1/2" (3.75 cm). Stone measures 13/16" (just over 2 cm) x 4/8" (1.25 cm). 
Condition: In excellent antique condition. The stone is free from chips and has a shiny polished surface. The gold surround is in excellent condition. Please see the photographs.
