Seller: sportique_2 (3,760) 100%, Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, Ships to: Free Local Pickup, Item: 272211805372 I have pitched this cabinet as being Edwardian but it could be late Victorian. The item for sale is a nicely proportioned Glazed Display Cabinet and is finely crafted. Ther cabinet is made of Mahogany or possibly Walnut. It has a four panel glass door. The glass panels are irregular Georgian Glass. It has two thin wooden shelves. The interior of the cabinet, including the shelf surfaces are lined with a flocked material with corded edges. The door has scalloped corners and the edges are beaded. The veneers are are well cut giving an attractive grain. The problems are detailed above. I have the key for the door. The cabinet stands a total of 55" to the top of the pelmet. The cabinet itself is 50" x 22" x 13 1/4". The legs are 16 1/2" high. If you have any questions please get in touch. Condition: The cabinet is in good condition. There are one or two old, filled worm holes but nothing which undermines the integrity of the unit. The top shelf has an old split across its width which has been stabilised with an adhesive strip.
