Description

This is a really beautiful antique Victorian burr walnut and mahogany jewellery box with integral writing slope. The box has lovely ornate mother of pearl inlays to the top and around the key and lock. It has a jewellery box to the upper section with unusual opening to form a writing slope to the lower section.  The slope opens up to reveal compartments to the interior to store ink and pens etc. The lock seems in good order but there is no key.

This measures 30cm wide, 22cm deep and 17cm high when closed.

Condition Report

This is in good antique condition but does have a few minor splits to the surface and separation to the slope as shown in the close up photos but these do not affect appeal or display. Please see photos for confirmation of condition .
