Please make sure that payment is made within 5 days of the end of the listing unless we have agreed to an alternative time period. Items which remain unpaid after 5 days will be subject to a non-paying report and the item may either be relisted or offered to the under bidder.
We pride ourselves on our excellent packaging. Overseas buyers please note that where surface mail is an option this can take up to 12 weeks delivery and although every effort is taken to ensure that items are well and securely packaged we cannot be held responsible for any damage which may be incurred during this time, the longer the delivery period the higher the risk of damage.
Royal Mail have recently changed their pricing structure which has resulted in significant price increase in the postage of parcels. We always research postage costs before entering an item for sale and endeavour to employ the best value for money service available, we only ever charge the actual cost incurred, in some cases we have had to subsidise the cost of the postage. Please bear this in mind when you review the cost of postage within our listings.
Overseas buyers also please note that items which exceed 2kg cost considerable more to ship from the UK. Please request a postage quote prior to bidding/purchase. We aim to despatch items within 48 hours of cleared payment and always send email confirmation of despatch.
Please be aware that we will NOT post to a PO Box number and will always require a full postal address. OVERSEAS BUYERS, please note that we always try to ship using the most cost efficient service available. If purchasing an item from us for import into your Country, please be aware that you may be charged import charges by your Customs. These charges are completely out of our control and we cannot accept any responsibility in respect to any potential import charges. Please make enquiries with your relevant Customs Authorities prior to bidding.
Please remember that all products listed by us are not new, unless otherwise stated, and as such will often have traces of use and general small wear and discolouration commensurate with age. Any damage which may significantly interfere with the appearance or use of a product beyond this small wear will be detailed in the auction listing.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns will only be accepted following prior agreement between both parties that the item:
- Shows signs of damage or missing parts not mentioned in the original item description, or
- Is significantly different from the item described. Returns are by prior agreement only and notification of such should be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Please note we DO NOT offer a Partial Refund on any item sold, this is NON-NEGOTIABLE
All return costs are to be paid by the buyer and a full purchase price only refund will only be paid upon safe return/receipt of the item, in the condition as sent. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to parcels, however we will assist with any claim arising with the Royal Mail.
