Benro GH2 - Gimbal Head

Description

The Benro GH2 Gimbal Head is a specialised tripod head designed for photographers who want comfort, stability and smooth control with their heavier zoom lenses.

This is something that you just can’t get with the standard ball head. The GH2 allows you to rotate your lens around its centre of gravity enabling easy manipulation of large lenses up to 600mm. If its sport or wildlife photography, manoeuvrability and speed are two very important factors which the Benro GH2 supports, allowing photographers to capture those all important unpredictable moments. It comes with a QR plate which can be quickly removed by turning the knob on the side.

The lens is set flat when using the GH-2, whereas a lens attached to the GH-1 is in an upright position. The GH2 is compatible with the international-style QR plates such as the Arca Swiss and the Benro PL Series special lens plates.

We accept payment online by PayPal. We can also take payments by credit or debit card over the telephone.

UK Shipping

Orders received before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

Standard UK shipping is FREE.

UK orders under £300 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Most items are delivered the next working day, but Royal Mail's estimate for this delivery service is 1-3 days. However, please bear in mind that we cannot contact Royal Mail about deliveries that have not arrived until ten working days have passed.

We also offer GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY for an additional £4.99.

UK orders over £300 will either be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DHL Courier. Both will arrive next working day.

Shipping Outside the UK

ALL ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES APPLIED BASED ON THEIR DESTINATION.

We are happy to ship to most countries, but if you are ordering from outside Europe please contact us first for a quote and to check the guidelines regarding addresses we are able to ship to.

Orders to Russia MUST be delivered to a business address otherwise your order will be cancelled.

Returns

If your item is faulty, please contact us by telephone ASAP on 02920 394 182 or 01633 262738.

If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with a short cover note explaining the reason return and what you would like done, a note of ebay user name, and a copy of your receipt. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.

RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS.

Items that are returned to us in perfect unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund.

Any item that has been opened or used will incur a 10% restocking/repackaging fee.

This includes sealed boxes, or sealed accessories and manual/software included in boxes.

We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened, this includes batteries, memory cards, filters, paper and film.

Cancelling your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, for which you have already paid, please contact us as soon as possible, either via eBay or by telephone on 02920 394 182 or 01633 262738.

We are happy to cancel your order if you have bid by mistake, or if you have changed your mind, but we do ask that you contact us as soon as you can.
