If your order does not arrive within the above stated time please wait . Royal Mail do not consider an item officially missing until 15 business days after it was due to be delivered. We strongly recommend that you take this into account when purchasing to deadlines (e.g. birthdays / holidays) and we are not responsible if your order does not arrive in time. Please message us if you do not receive your order.

We are happy to combine shipping!

We will dispatch your order within 1 business day of receipt of your payment clearing our account to the confirmed address only . Saturday & Sunday are not business days. ‘Collection in person’ is possible between the hours of 10am and 5:30pm Tuesday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

Our daily dispatch goes out at approximately 11am. Please allow extra time in the event of Public Holidays and/or severe weather – thank you for your patience.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

We post to most EU countries using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed . A signature is required. Shipping takes 3 – 5 business days.

International buyers are responsible for customs duty or import taxes (or similar). Buyers  must contact their local customs office in the event that their order is held (this is outside of our control, but is often the reason for delayed delivery).

RETURNS

If YOU return something to US (for any reason) which becomes lost or broken in transit, you must claim the loss back from Royal Mail – this is outside of our control. We are happy to refund or replace if you change your mind or there was an error. Items must be in their original condition.
