The chain is unmarked sterling silver, as is the Victorian tube clasp (the push-in pin part of the clasp is not silver, which is normal for these types of clasp).  It is not uncommon for a piece of this age and weight not to be hallmarked, but it has been professionally tested as sterling silver and is guaranteed.  There are one or two tiny fleabites to the glass, which is inevitable and isn't noticeable with the naked eye - there is certainly nothing which detracts in any way from its immense charm.
