What does a Tested & Working battery mean?A Tested & Working battery is guaranteed to work for a minimum of 10 minutes upon arrival, however, in most cases batteries do last longer than this
If my laptop turns faulty and is still under warrantyJust give us a call and we will always be happy to help, or repair, or send you a new unit.
Will the laptop I receive have a UK Keyboard?Yes, all our keyboards come as UK standard.
Shipping:
All goods are usually shipped within 2 WORKING DAYS of cleared payment being received. Most items are shipped the same day provided the order was received before 3.00PM. Items will only be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address
Small low cost items, Will be shipped via Royal Mail first class, and will have proof of posting. If you wish for items under £18.00 to be shipped and Recorded, Please let us know, we will gladly do this for a small surcharge, usually £1.10
For Larger Items, and higher value goods, these will be shipped via Courier; they will be fully tracked and insured. If the item gets to you in a damaged box please sign to say so, if it’s badly damaged please refuse the item and inform us immediately.

Should you have any problems, however small, Please contact us directly thru EBay. All items that carry a warranty are “Return to Base. This means “You the Customer” are responsible for sending the item back to us. If we take an item that is un-wanted, ordered my mistake, the customer will pay all postage costs.
