I’m afraid we cannot accept returns without prior authorisation, this is just a formality which allows us to track the return and offer a quick refund.
If you use eBay's return option please note the following. Due to new rules imposed by eBay where sellers are financially penalises for items sent back as defective, we now perform a full test on all returned products. Any buyer who returns an item as defective, but is found to be in good working order must be reported to eBay under these new rules. We therefore strongly suggest that you contact us before starting a return. Thank you
