Shipping Policy
We ship at a flat rate. Most items under 13 Ounces are shipped 1st class USPS with tracking. Over 13 ounces, items are shipped via Priority Mail (Parcel Select for heavier items that are cheaper for our store to ship from mid-west out to your state). Tracking numbers are uploaded through ebay. Items are usually shipped next business day after payment. Business days are Monday-Friday.
Payment Policy
We accept PayPal Payments ONLY. Payment must be made within 5 days of the end of the auction. If payment has not been received, The Brooks Design Group follows ebay protocol of opening unpaid item cases.
Returns Policy
Accepted within 14 days from the delivery moment.
Returns
Returns Must Be In Same Condition with Original Packages and All Contents. You pay the shipping back. If item is misrepresented, The Brooks Design Group would be more than happy to reimburse you. Please use the ebay protection policy which protects you as a buyer, and me as a seller.
