We have panels in stock which range in height from 2040mm to 2690mm and can custom make other sizes as needed. Our standard panel is 900mm wide but we have other sizes to suit your requirements.

Each panel size has a door available to match (not included in this listing-see our other listings for details of doors). Our doors are simple to fit and come with everything you will need; guradsman handles and hydraulic patch hinges. Doors can be fitted with our clamp on locks or custom made with lever latch locks.

National Glass Merchant's partitions are fitted with u channels and gasket to support the glass and these are available in 3 metre lengths in a variety of sizes to suit your needs.

Our glass partitions are made from 10mm Toughened Glass and conform to BS6206 / EN 12600.

Guidance on choosing glass panels:

Choose a panel which is between 10mm and 40mm less than your ceiling height. If you are making the opening to fit our panels then make the opening height 30mm greater than our panels.

Allow 5mm in between panels and 10mm at either end of the partition. In between partitions, either use silicone or we can supply pre-formed adhesive joins which can save time and effort.

Choose a door which is 30mm less than the height of your panels. The top of the door will pivot into the u channel which supports the rest of the partition and requires a clearance of between 15 and 30mm. (20mm is ideal).
