Shipping

All shipping is calculated by weight.  Domestic shipping is to the lower 48 states only.  Alaska and Hawaii customers please contact us for your shipping quote.  All International buyers will need to contact us to receive a shipping quote as well.   All import duties, taxes, and charges are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.  We will provide an estimated time of delivery, however, your countries customs could cause some delay on delivery.

 

Return Policy

No Hassle Returns

  • You may return any part within 14 days from the original invoice date
  • You must call to notify J&B Cycles for reason for part(s) being returned, and set up a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Allow up to 14 days from original invoice date for processing refunds and exchanges.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be issued in the form of original payment.
  • Parts must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of invoice date for a refund of purchase price.
  • Parts returned within 14 days not in the original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Parts returned after 14 days in original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Parts returned after 14 days not in new condition or not in original packaging will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
  • No returns on special orders or personalized items.
  • No returns on any exhaust products after installation.
  • No returns on electrical products.
  • No returns of a partial kit or set, parts will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Parts returned without customer number, address and invoice number will not be processed for a refund or exchange and will be disposed of in 30 days.
  • Return packages must be sent shipping charges prepaid. COD packages will not be accepted.
  • International returns will not be accepted without “Contents – Return Goods Of U.S. Origin” written on parcel label
