This ad is for  your own  Nissin front brake calipers to be  professionally refurbished.

Your calipers will be disassembled, solvent cleaned, media stripped,  re-coated and oven baked. They will then be assembled with new high quality seals (see list below).    W e are the UK's leading specialists in motorcycle brake calipers and offer this excellent service with a 6 month guarantee.

  PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

This ad is for a refurbishment service on  YOUR OWN CALIPERS . After purchasing this item your calipers must be sent to us  with a note  including your name and contact details and the refurbishment will be carried out. 

Turn-round time for the refurbishment from us receiving to dispatch is up to two weeks.  If you want to go ahead, please remember to do the following:

-             Drain your calipers of brake fluid, remove the pads and any other loose fittings.

-             Box them up and send them to us at the address below. 

-             Please make sure you include a note with your instructions and contact details . 

  If we find any problems like corrosion to pistons we'll take close up photos and email those to you so you can decide if you want to replace them, as these are not included in the sale.

New components are as follows (we use high quality OEM spec seals, not cheap Taiwanese versions):

8x Dust seals

8x Pressure seals

4x Joint seals

2x Dust caps

2x Bleed screws

And includes 4 new copper banjo washers

 

Please note  -  You will need to retain the pads, pad pins, R clips and springs from your calipers (though we can provide these items if you need them).

We are able to re-coat your calipers in; Gloss black, Satin balck or gold. For an extra £5 we are able to finish them in silver, red or gun metal grey. Please notify us if you do not want black.
