B eautiful  gilded  french brass mantle clock with a french   figure holding a scroll this clock  is not  spelter it is brass or bronze ? .

T here is slight damage to the dial although that seems to be the only problem and comes complete with pendulum and winding key.the clock is complete but has not been tested but it ticks away and chimes the right amount of chimes on the hour and half hour but is being sold as is requiring a service but it is a stunning clock for little money    

There is a name to the dial but this is rubbed making it difficult to read.
