ABOUT US : Bargainartistshop is the online sales name of The Paper House, Stafford. Established in 1984, we aim to offer premium brands at bargain prices. We have been trading on ebay for many years and have conducted thousands of successful transactions. All our products are new and unused. We operate from our own modern site with a showroom and 9000 square foot warehouse.

DELIVERY DETAILS : We aim to despatch orders within two working days. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. This time may increase during the run up to Christmas and during other busy periods. Our delivery charges include professional packaging to ensure your order arrives in first class condition.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS : Bargainartistshop delivers worldwide. Due to the vast variances in size / weight of our inventory it is not possible to ship all items to every country. Please see each listing for shipment details and costs. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to delivery restrictions.

PAYMENT DETAILS : Most of our customers choose to pay online via PAYPAL. If you wish to pay online please select PAYPAL not credit card.

If you would prefer to pay us directly by telephone, please call us on 01785 212953 where we will be happy to process payment by debit / credit card.

NON PAYMENT : Payment must be made within four days. After this time a case will be opened against any non paying buyers in order for us to reclaim our ebay fees. Should you wish to cancel your unpaid order please contact us immediately.

DELIVERIES NOT RECEIVED : If your order has been despatched but has not arrived in the time stated, we request that you check with your local sorting office. Even if you have not received a card, your parcel may be waiting at the delivery office. Our statatistics show that 95% of missing parcels turn up this way!

Please note : Royal Mail does not class an item as missing until 15 working days has elapsed for UK deliveries. This period rises to 30 working days for overseas deliveries. If you have still not received your parcel after this period and you have checked with your local sorting office please contact us through ebay. For non eu destinations we request that you are aware of possible delays in customs clearance for your particular country.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN TO ACCEPT DELIVERY : If you or the intended recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection. If this is not done then the parcel will be returned to sender and we will contact you. We will then require the delivery cost to be repaid before the goods are resent. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to receive a parcel or if you fail to re-arrange a delivery
