Item:145685504508LEITZ Trinovid 6x24 + case, 212mils field, excellent condition.. This binocular is in excellent condition considering it was made between 1963 & 1965. It was cleaned by Gary Hawkins of East Binocular Repairs in 2022. Please see the photos for the external condition of the paint etc., but bear in mind that my flash makes the black rings round the objective lenses look peppered with white spots, but if you have the binocular in your hand you get a much better impression. There are no scratches on the lenses & everything works as it should on this binocular. Both sides are in collimation & it gives a very pleasing wide-angle view of 212m at 1000m. The case strap is broken & only tied to the case on one side. It is fairly worn & I would recommend the buyer to replace it. [The only reason I have not done so is that I do not use the case - I carry my binoculars in a Pelican case with my photo equipment.] UK bidders only please as I do not post abroad. I withdrew the listing because there were a lot of watchers but no buyer. I have re-listed it with more photos at a lower bargain price for a few days. If nobody buys it I'll keep it. There are no specks on the lenses, it's just dust sneaking in.
Condition:Used
Condition:Very good, with paint wear exaggerated by flash shown in photos. Case has scratches to the leather but structurally intact & works perfectly. The case strap is broken & just tied on one side to the case. Case latch works fine.
