We mark transactions as ‘dispatched’ AFTER your item has been passed to Royal Mail/courier so you may not receive your ‘item dispatched’ email until later in the evening.

TRACKING NUMBERS

We use business value tracking numbers which sometimes do not have “live” updates on the system. The updates will show up after the delivery attempt was made however it may take 24-48 hours especially in busy periods to show up on Royal Mail tracking system.

DELIVERY TIMES

1st and 2nd class (Royal Mail 24/48) services are NOT guaranteed services whether using Recorded Signed For or not. eBay’s estimated delivery times are exactly that - estimated. Royal Mail do not consider items delayed until 15 working days have passed for UK post and 25 working days for International post so please be patient with them.

DELAYS
