By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to make the purchase.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

We partner with delivery companies for timely shipments. Delivery times may vary, and delays due to unforeseen circumstances are possible.

We offer a 60-day return policy for products in their original condition, subject to certain conditions. Contact our Customer Support for return authorization.

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the returned product.

If an item is being returned unwanted and has been sold correctly there is a £50 return charge that is deducted from your refund. Any small parcel return this would be at the buyers own cost or we can carry this out for a charge of £10.

Each product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse or accidents. Warranty is provided by Renew 2 U and underwritten by UK Warranties PLC.

We want your shopping experience at Renew 2 U to be hassle-free and enjoyable. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure outlined below:

 

If an item is being returned unwanted and has been sold correctly there is a £50 return charge that is deducted from your refund. Any small parcel return this would be at the buyers own cost or we can carry this out for a charge of £10.

Please note that for unwanted items, a returns charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge covers processing, restocking, and associated administrative costs.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it's in its original condition. We will then proceed with processing your refund.

Step 7: Refund Notification

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging, to qualify for a refund.

If the returned item is found to be damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct an additional amount from the refund to cover any losses in value.
