This is a genuine Superdry item for sale.
Please use ebay messages for all communication. We work Monday to Friday 8am till 8pm, Saturday 9am till 5pm and Sunday 10am till 4pm, any questions received out of these hours will be answered the next working day.
We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.
Please be aware that we are operating from 2 warehouses. If you have ordered more than 1 item, they may arrive separately. Please give 48hrs for any remaining items to arrive before contacting us.
For the UK, the postage and packaging is completely free.
For worldwide, the first item gets charged at full cost, then we deduct £3 from each additional item's delivery and packaging fees.
These discounts will be automatically applied by eBay’s invoicing system. All items must be paid for together, on the same invoice, to benefit from combined delivery and packaging discount.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt.
We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us. Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or swimwear if they have been used, opened, or the packaging is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us.

Step By Step Returns Process
Liability:
The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service. A link to a discounted tracked service can be found on the 'returns' section of our ebay store.
Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped.
How long does the return take?
Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.
Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.
International returns:
If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
