We offer the latest in brand name consumer electronics, gadgets and tech accessories at competitive prices. Since our launch over 13 years ago, we have moved from memory cards and DVDs to sourcing over 3,000 electronics products. We are official resellers of Apple, Panasonic, Griffin, Huawei, Honor, Veho and Groov-e, and have direct relationships with several - giving total peace of mind to our customers.

Payment
All goods are to be paid for through eBay Payments. This payment method is safe, secure and processes b oth credit and debit cards as well as the PayPal service. Please pay for your item(s) as soon as the purchase has been made to avoid delay in the handling and dispatch time. All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of the payment being cleared, however we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery
All completed orders received before 2pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Unfortunately, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all purchases with us. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class and estimated to arrive within 1-3 working days from the original dispatch date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer during busy/seasonal periods. Please allow up to 7 working days from the original dispatch date.
Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service on all purchased with us. Simply purchase your goods as normal, and choose the Argos Store for Collection. Your purchase will then be sent as normal via Royal Mail 1st Class to your desired Argos store. It is then Argos' responsibility to inform you once your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.
European and International Shipping
All European and International orders are dispatched through eBay's Global Shipping program. We dispatch orders directly to the eBay Global Shipping Hub located in the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class. eBay will then complete the remaining delivery process to your shipping address through their Global Shipping tracked service.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day right to withdraw on all unused items in their original state and retail packaging from the date of purchase. Please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" if you wish to raise a return. We aim to respond to your queries within 24-hours (weekdays). Please note, w e do not accept items back that are customer or accidental damaged, e.g. water damaged, snapped, customer repaired, tampered with, third-party repaired. Please note the item(s) will be returned to you in this instance.
Changed your mind?
Unwanted and unused items must be returned, unopened in their original retail packaging with the manufacturers seal still intact, along with all accessories that originally came with the item. Please note, return postage must be paid for by the customer in this instance. Any goods returned opened, seal broken, damaged/tampered with or not in original unopened retail packaging, will be subject to a 10-30% deduction for restocking purposes in line with eBays Partial Refund Guidelines.
Haven't receieved your item?
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office as it may be there awaiting your collection. It is recommended you take proof of ID with your name and address clearly labelled with you to your local sorting office. If this is unsuccessful, please contact us through eBay "Ask a question".
Receieved the incorrect item?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" where our team will query what item has arrived with you, and arrange a free return. This will allow you to send the incorrect item back to us hassle free and completely free of charge. The correct item will then be dispatched to you, dependent on stock availability. Please note this is a rare occurence caused through errors on our automated packing system.
Faulty item?
If you deem your goods to be faulty on arrival or if your item develops a manufacturer fault during use, please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" so our team can assist you. Once we receive your return, the item will be sent for appraisal by our in-house technicians. Please note that if goods are found to have no fault, the item(s) will be returned back to you. If the goods are found with defects, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.
Apple iPhone & iPads
All Grade A-D iPhones and iPads hold a 12-month warranty (6-month battery warranty) from the day of purchase for manufacturer faults only. The warranty does not cover against: 1) Loss or theft; 2) Customer and/or accidental damage, water damage, misuse, wear & tear, cracks; 3) Third-party repairs and/or tampering, includes issuses caused by software installation, screens or parts replacements; 4) Passcode, activation or iCloud locked, all personal details should be removed, wiped and reset to factory settings prior to returning.
