From fabric, to style and fit, we believe everyone deserves to look and feel fabulous in their lingerie! Plus size lingerie is something we feel passionately about, and are always looking for new ways to improve our garments. We welcome all feedback and suggestions from our customers, and aim to provide excellent customer service.

Returns

Returns accepted Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage.

Delivery

All orders we receive before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday- Friday). All our garments are shipped in discreet packaging, which is tamper proof and clearly marked confidential, there is no reference to our company anywhere on the outer packaging. Your privacy is our priority. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and can take 1-2 business days for 1st class post.
