If you just have a problem with a malfunctioning factory immobiliser then simply send us your immobiliser box in the post and we will recode the box and send you an immobiliser transponder and immobiliser box back in the post. The cost for this is as above.
If you have lost your car key or need a replacement car key then send us the ignition or door barrel so that we can decode the barrel and cut another key from it. If you have different keys for ignition and door you will have to send us both barrels. The cost for decoding each barrel will be £60. In this case, please contact us or place your order through our website, selecting the number of keys required.

Please ensure that when you checkout and fill in your payment details you include ALL the relevant details regarding your immobiliser fault. We advise that you send us your immobiliser or barrel via special delivery to ensure we receive them hassle-free. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in the post when sent to us.
Once we have receipt your immobiliser we will carry out works within 2 to 3 working days and send it back to you fully repaired and tested via tracked express delivery.
