This glow in the dark paint comes in 10ml plastic bottle which needs to be shaken or stirred well before using. Simply Expose UltraGlow Paint to Sunlight (or bright light) for at least one full minute or up to 15 minutes to fully activate its glow properties (after 15 minutes of light exposure the paint is fully charged - any additional light exposure does not have any added effect). The longer it is exposed to light, the longer and brighter the afterglow will be. UltraGlow reaches it maximum 'charge' in about 10 to 15 minutes of bright white light. Incandescent light is not recommended for charging - sunlight, fluorescent light or UV light produces the best results. UV light (Blacklight) will charge the material up about twice as fast. UltraGlow Paint can be used as a Fluorescent Paint. It has unlimited uses both practical and for fun. In daylight, the paint itself is an off-white, pale greenish-yellow in color. Although this paint is water resistant, it is not totally waterproof. If the paint is to be used outdoors and be constantly exposed to weather, or in an underwater application, a clear coat should be applied over it for added protection. Absolutely great for Gun Sights, Fishing Lures, Arts & Crafts, or anything you want to glow in the dark.
