We sell personalised and non personalised products. With PERSONALISED GIFTS such as

*Engraved items, printed, embroidered and candles production lead time is 1 to 3 days. Ceramic & Printed Glass production lead time is 3 to 5 working days.

*Most orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class or courier for heavier items.

*We also offer express delivery please check product description.

*Please note that ordered place before 12:00 noon will go into production the same working. After 1pm will go into production next working day

*Our working days is Monday to Friday but you can place your order anytime. We always try to ship our items quicker than the estimated  dates but please allow 5 to 8 working days for the delivery. If you do require a little quicker than your estimated delivery date please  contact us first before placing your order so we can advise.

Many of our products are personalised or customised specifically for you. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they have no intrinsic value once personalised. These items cannot be re-sold, and therefore we regret that we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
