 BRAND NEW METAL SIGN. Sign is made from ALUMINIUM and will last for years. Sign is double sided and comes pre hung with bracket for an authentic swinging sign. Returns

Returns are only accepted if we have made a mistake with your order.

We cannot accept returns for bespoke prints if you have made an error with your order or artwork.

This is a bespoke item and under the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" - Goods made to the customer's specification cannot be returned for a refund

Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification are not covered by distance selling regulations.

However, should your item be faulty, it will be replaced for no additional charge.

Refunds are only provided at our agreement.

Delivery

We offer Free shipping on all UK orders. The price you see is the price you pay.  For international buyers please contact ebay for an additional costing

We do use courier services as well as Royal Mail. We are reliant on these services but we can not guarantee delivery dates.  At busy periods please allow for delays in service.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELIVERY DATES STATED ON EBAY ARE EBAY GENERATED ESTIMATES AND ARE BASED ON COMPUTER METRICS AND NOT REAL LIFE.  WE OPERATE A 10AM CUT OFF (MONDAY TO FRIDAY).  SO IF YOU ORDER ON MONDAY AT 9.58am WITH ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION DAY 1 OFF YOUR ORDER IS MONDAY.  IF YOU ORDER AT 10AM DAY 1 IS TUESDAY.  WE AIM TO DISPATCH YOUR ORDER BY DAY 5 THOUGH NORMALLY A LOT QUICKER

We don’t as standard practise supply a preview (MOCK UP) prior to dispatch unless specifically requested at time of order.

Where possible we do use a traced/insured service. Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong such as damages and items getting lost. We will endeavour in these circumstances to resolve your issue as quick as possible.

Tracking details will be sent via carrier once item is processed WHICH MAY BE A FEW DAYS BEFORE DISPACTH.

(if choosing any of the pub type please include colour, name and text for the bottom) just let us know what you want. Colour, text, any logos etc.

We also offer a bespoke service so ANY DESIGN IS POSSIBLE. We can use your own designs, pictures or even a sketch you have in mind.

Please message us your requirements or to discuss your design. We can mock up any design prior to order and at request on time of order.
