We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.

Our free standard delivery option is with the courier Hermes; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" (Hermes Next Day - £2.99 per order).

At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.

Please note: due to eBay restrictions we can only dispatch items to the delivery address entered into PayPal during the order process. We accept all unwanted items providing the request to be returned is made within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in unused and resalable condition.

Any opened/used items will not be accepted under hygiene rules due to the nature of the products.
