For any issues related to damaged items, they will be covered by Royal Mail’s insurance.
We refund only items that come with free tracked postage as part of the purchase price or if you choose your item to be tracked which is an extra cost.
We cannot guaranty the delivery of items that do not have tracked postage chosen and paid for because we do not have control on them after handing to the delivery company, Royal mail or An Post.
We do not refund you if your item has been lost after handing to Royal Mail.

RETURN ITEMS
If you wish to return the item for reasons, we are happy to refund you.

Instructions and sheet are only given in English and while the software program itself does support many languages we only can communicate in English.
The internet is not needed for most drivers but new drivers are published every day and the driver software will update and download these automatically if needed. The internet may be needed to find uncommon drivers and in this case internet access is needed also. There may be times when a needed driver cannot be found on the disc or through the internet database, the manufacturer may not have published the driver or may have discontinued that driver. In such cases a refund will be given.
Anti-virus and malware software is referred to on the instructional sheet and where to get it for free. These programs should be used before using the driver software and after to make sure your system runs smoothly.
