Our panels are not recommended for outdoor usage. All Claddtech panels are for indoor use only. They should not be exposed to direct sunlight for any length of time. Once installed indoors to specification, open windows and doors will not affect the panels. 

PLEASE NOTE: our panels are produced in batches. If you require the same batch from a previous order, please do contact us prior to you ordering and we can check availability. We strongly recommend that you do not book in any fitters or joiners until your products arrive in good condition

Payments

All payments are required in advance of goods being sent out. This can be done via Paypal from your Paypal fund, or using a Direct Debit or Credit Card via the Paypal interface.

Any e-cheques sent will have to wait until they are cleared before goods are dispatched.

Any payments not made within 7 days will be subject to an automatic Unpaid Item Case with Ebay - This ensures our Ebay selling fees are returned to us from Ebay.

Returns

Most of our listings allow for a 60 day return period. Please check the listing you purchased from to identify your return period.

This means, that if you change your mind within 60 days of purchase, you may return the goods at your cost, and within the original packaging in a resaleable condition for a full refund.

Please note, if goods are returned via a courier, that you ensure the package is protected by insurance, as you may need to claim on that if they arrive with us damaged.

 

It is important that your goods are checked immediately as the courier is present with you. This is imperative to ensure damage is noted and signed for at outset, and will serve to offer you protection and a speedy replacement if required.

No claims for damage on arrival will be considered after the elapse of 24 hours following signature for receipt of goods.
