Delivery:

Our deliveries of Natural Indian Sandstone will be done to the kerbside or to the start of your driveway. No deliveries will be done on grass or gravel. Please make sure that the  delivery area is flat and solid to bear the weight of a pallet lorry carrying up to 1 ton in weight. We would applicate if you can advise of any challenges for the above.

We will try our best to have the delivery done to the best possible condition, you can expect some wastage arising from cuts and handling, it is therefore essential that an allowance of 5% wastage is to be allowed when ordering.

We deliver to UK mainland within the price. However, if there add on charges will be implied for any deliveries in Scotland, Wales, the Channel Isles and Northern/ Republic of Ireland.

All deliveries are done during the working days (between Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays. Normally deliveries are done within 2 – 4 working days, our delivery company will get in touch with you give you estimated delivery day.

We follow strict due diligence, every crate is checked before it is dispatched, if there are any abnormalities it would need to be notified within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Written and photographic evidence will be required.

If you are unable to accept the goods or refuse the delivery on the day, re-delivery charges will levy, set by our delivery company.

Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be credited, relevant collection and restocking charges will be deducted.
