The bulk of our metal orders are dispatched via a Royal Mail service. The Royal Mail website states that Royal Mail items are delivered within 2-5 day in most cases with a small percentage of items taking slightly longer and may take up to 12 days. Please be patient as Royal Mail do not consider parcels lost until after 21 days of posting. We will have to wait at least this amount of time before we can consider a claim. As this is not a guaranteed service, please treat it as a Second Class service and allow extra time for them to arrive. If the item is lost, we will of course provide a full refund or send out a replacement. If you require an item urgently, please upgrade to a Signed For or Tracked service as these are much quicker.

Returns are only accepted if the items are undersize by 5mm or more than the size ordered.
