Shipping services offered are : Royal Mail or Courier

Small or light weight items shipped via Royal Mail, standard shipping is second class, with an option to upgrade to first class.

For larger or heavy weight orders we use a courier service - which normally deliver next working day and require a signature upon delivery, if your parcel has been sent via courier we can provide you with tracking information upon request via eBay message.

B u yers must notify us within 30 days to return any item.

P&P and costs are non refundable for either direction and item must be unused and in the same condition as sent. On free P&P items we charge a relist fee to cover the costs.
