Craighead & Webb Mantle Clock
It’s a pleasure to offer this rosewood mantle clock signed by the maker Craighead & Webb 1 Royal Exchange London. This clock is of ample size that will give great presence on any mantle piece standing 12 inches high and 9 inches wide. The nicely finished silvered dial fronts a double fusee movements that strikes on a coiled gone at half past and striking the hour at o’clock.
Craighead and Webb have put there name to some very fine antique clocks of great quality and this is no exception. The movement has been fully serviced and tested prior to sale by www.westmorlandglass.com and is in great working order. The case maintains its original finish with very slight sun bleaching to the front of the clock. I have not had the case restored to match as this adds a feel of love that it has received over the years by being used. I welcome viewing of the clock before making any final decision. If the asking price is paid in full then I will deliver and set up the clock free of charge to the English mainland,Wales and the Scottish lowlands.I will also provide a 12 months guarantee under these circumstances.This is the same service that is provided by a high street retailer without the customer having to pay for the overheads
If a lesser off is accepted then this will be sold as a trade sale with the clock as described and with shipping costs the responsibility of the buyer.
