Seller: 123torr (651) 100%, Location: Tunbridge Wells, Ships to: Free Local Pickup, Item: 201722136176 Fine quality "turn of the 20th Century" brass and plate glass floor standing shop display cabinet. Unusual cast iron shelf brackets with a single octagonal plate glass shelf (shown in photo sitting on a bench) allowing good head height for displaying tall objects such as vases. Two Bramah type locks, both sadly lacking keys. In good condition with the exception of two places along one of the glass joints, comprising a corner crack and a surface flake of glass half way down (see photographs). There are additional surface nibbles down the glass joints. Fortunately, most of these are at the back where they are less obvious and hardly detract from this handsome and unique item of furniture. All joints are firm & nothing is loose or requiring attention. The cabinet is extremely heavy, requiring two persons to lift.
