Since Royal Mail have changed their pricing and parcel size structure I am use courier services, which reduces the cost of shipping in many cases.  I work full time so I can only arrange a courier collection twice a week.  I always post or ship items as soon as I can after payment has cleared. Please bear this in mind when leaving feedback for dispatch time.

If you are buying a fragile item from me, please be assured that I have allowed for plenty of packaging materials within the postage cost, to try and ensure that the item is safe in transit. I take great care with my packing to ensure that your item reaches you in good condition. If once I have packed the item the shipping cost works out cheaper than I had estimated, I will refund the difference to you.

The postage costs quoted cover the cost of postage, packaging materials etc - all these things cost money and I'm selling things that my family no longer need. I'm not a business so I allow enough to cover the cost of the packaging materials etc as well as the postage. Should the actual cost of postage work out cheaper than I have allowed for in the postage total then I will refund the difference to you as I don't make a profit from the postage prices that I charge
