At We Can Source It, we use a variety of couriers depending on the sizes, weights, value and urgency of your order.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery orders can be sent via a multitude of ways depending on weight of the parcel. We state 2 to 5 days delivery to cover all eventualities. We do highly recommend this service if you are not in a rush for your parcel or you don’t mind which day the goods turn up. Should you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day please use the Next Day Express service.

1st Class Delivery

1st Class Delivery is available on some times, this services will be sent 1st class with Royal Mail if brought before 2pm on a working day excluding Weekends. If brought on a Friday this will be delivered on the next working day (Sometimes this will be delivered on a Saturday but is not guaranteed

Next Day

Next Day delivery is available orders before 2pm from Monday to Thursdays. Orders will be dispatched Friday for next delivery will be delivered the next working day (monday). Customers wanting a saturday delivery will need to contact us first to ensure this is possible. Please call us on 01245 248555. All parcels dispatched on Next day Delivery service are sent with Interlink Express or Royal Mail Next Day and delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. Next Day is not available to certain postcodes so please check before ordering. You will be a email with the tracking information and sometimes a text message as well from the delivery company.

Returns Policy

A product is out of stock, when will it be due in?

We aim to have ALL our items in stock at ALL times. If for some reason an item becomes Out Of Stock, we generally aim to have them back for sale within 7 days.

Can you ship outside the UK?

We pride ourselves on being able to ship our products, however big to anywhere in the UK. We have some of the best courier prices available for single boxes to pallets. Just contact us before you buy in bulk and we will work out a quote after discovering the best method of transportation. For international Sales, we CAN get our products to you wherever you are and however quickly you want it. We have access to the most competitive freight prices available.
