The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender. If buyer asks refund for defective products, shipping and handling cost is not refundable. We guarantee against any defective products. Replacement or full refund (not including shipping and handling) will be issued for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented product within fifteen days.
