Delivery Order tracking Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an update on your eBay purchase. This will contain the details of the courier and your tracking number. For larger items such as baths, if you have added your mobile number to your order the courier will contact you via text the day before your delivery – you will also be able to see this via the tracking number we will provide you with. Where on my property will you deliver to? For large items such as bath and shower enclosures delivery will be to your door, which is unlike our competitors who only deliver to your kerbside. Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences, so the recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made. Will I have to be home all day? Items must be signed for. This means someone must be available between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Large items sent via 3-5 working day delivery require someone to be in, however the courier will contact you via text message on the mobile number you provide at checkout to confirm a date of delivery. For large items sent via next day delivery, someone needs to be available for delivery - you will receive a text on the morning of the delivery advising you of an AM or PM slot. What happens if I am not in? Any items sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force are usually taken to your local depot. A card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your order.
