Due to moving house and lack of time to build, I am selling my Dolls House/Basement Kits and all the accessories I have bought to date.  I am selling my items in various listings so please see my other items for sale.

 

This is a great project kit for any parent/grandparent wanting to make a wonderful dolls house for their children/grandchildren.  I just haven’t had the time or space to do this project.

 

Willow Cottage is a Victorian cottage with an overall size of Depth 400mm x Width 700mm x Height 650mm.  There are four main rooms measuring 2 @ 285mm wide x 200mm high x 330mm deep and 2 @ 360mm wide x 200mm high x 330mm deep.  The two attic rooms with dormer windows are accessible by lifting the front roof.  The house is manufactured in MDF, the fronts, sides, roof and base are 9mm.  The inner walls and floors are 6mm and the individual window sashes are 3mm.  2 chimneys and 2 stairs complete this ready to assemble and paint kit.  Instructions are included. Still in original box.

 

I am also including the basement kit for Willow Cottage and this has opening sides with sash window to gain access to the two large rooms.  The dividing wall has an opening for a standard size door.  The front path is removable giving storage space.  Overall size of the basement is depth 600mm x width 700mm x height 215mm.  Room sizes: 1 @ 280mm wide x 330mm deep x 195mm high and 1 @ 358mm wide x 330mm deep x 196mm high.  Plan also included for this.  This has been started with a few parts being painted (but these could easily be rubbed down and re-done).  I have also started ‘tiling’ the basement floor for a maid’s kitchen but then changed my mind as I found some paper ‘tiling’. A full pack plus part pack of tiles are included should you wish to finish the floor this way.  I am also including 5 strips of skirting board, ramin dowels, balsa board, balsa wood, brass rods, door & frame, stair newels, brick paper and green textured paper for grass.
