If you look at the 5th (last photo) that is my Hamech truck I have had for 7 years. It has served me well but two battery cells went down. Very smelly so I bought two new cells for £90 each. Fitting was £170 and all was well for 5 days until another cell started to smell. As you can imagine not too happy so I started searching for another Hamech truck.  I sell drinks in my small warehouse and although MY Hechech is a reach / Indoor truck I have always used it to get pallets from lorries and I just take it slow over rough ground. I only know how to drive my truck and the warehouse height I have is 18 ish feet (3 pallets high) so I know my truck can reach. On my seach I found a company closing down who re-firbed Fork Lifts in Dagenham - I am in Dartford so it' just through the tunnel so looking at photo' of his truck it looked the same as mine. He was selling for a Buy it now of £1000. I put a cheeky £750 bid in and we did a deal Inc. Delivery for £800. The truck I bought is in photo 1 - 2 - 4. Photo 3 is the Charger (working perfectly)  Now my Dartford warehouse is Victorian brick and as photo 4 clearly shows the New Fork lift is BIGGER than my old one. A full 4 feet taller, and as I cannot remove the brick work (see picture) I cannot get the new forks through my warehouse! Silly mistake I know but the fork's look so much like my one I just thought it was the same. So I now need the BIG fork truck out of the warehouse. As I said it's way bigger and goes another pallet height higher than mine so you could have 4 pallets height and this truck would pick up. BAD Points: As you can see in photo 2 there is now rear to the chair. It's no big deal, you could just stick a Pad / seat cover for a patio chair on the back. When I got it delivered I opened the battery compartments. On one side 2 cells have been bridged. Each side of this truck has 9 cells. So one side is only using 7 cells. It does not seem to do much difference to truck although I have no idea about trucks (as I'm sure you can tell!). I used it to take 5 pallets from a lorry and drive them into the first park of my warehouse plus I lifted the pallets HIGH in the air outside to check it over. I cannot THOUGH GUARANTEE how good this is as I cannot use so please be prepared! You are more than welcome to come to me and see what I mean! Test it etc  This is about as much as I can do as I am back to square one. I have spent £800 on a truck that is useless to me.  I will carry on with MY OLD Truck until I find something. So I would be very willing to swap for a truck that can go 20 feet in the air. If it you buy sell trucks maybe you have something better and you might want BOTH my trucks in Exchange for one of yours?  Or I just want me money back. I will take £750? But will consider offers?
