1. Due to security reasons we will only ship to your Ebay address,please confirm your ebay address is correct. Unfortunatley, we are unable to dispatch or deliver your order to your alternative address. We suggest you to update your address details on eBay prior to placing your order.Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
2. Your orders will be dispatched  the following working day from Fulfillment service center in UK . Weekend orders are sent Monday morning. It usually take 2-3 working days for items to arrive within UK but allow up to 5 working days as we have no control over the delivery service.

We will try our best to solve the problem for you via message, if not, we will offer the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number and return  Address.

IMPORTANT: Once we've issued an RMA number, it's only valid for 14 DAYS. If we've not received the goods back after 14 days, the RMA number will no longer be valid. It's therefore important that you do send the goods back WITHIN 14 days of the RMA being issued.
