These fabulous but simple angel fish stand out with their vibrant colours, they look great being displayed together.

We do not comment on the outer sleeve or the condition of the original box the item comes with.

We combine Shipping on all orders!

Within the UK the first item will be charged at full price any additional items will be charged at 30p for the first kilo, every kilo there after will be charged at an additional £1.50 each, the higher chargers apply to items like wonders of the sea, soulmates pieces etc.

Refunds are issued upon message request once the final item has been purchased.

Outside of the UK you would need to contact us with a list of the items you wish to purchase as prices are based on size and weight.

Please ensure you contact us after your final purchase to request a combined postage refund.

Dispatch details 

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it within one or two working days after dispatch All orders are dispatched by UPS Standard or UPS express.

Lost or damaged parcels 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during the shipment, please notify us as soon as possible to enable us to investigate.

Where possible we will issue either a full refund or a replacement.

Import tax

You are responsible in familiarize yourself with the import taxes in your country before making overseas purchases.

If you fail to pay the required taxes, any items returned will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that we do NOT cover the cost of import taxes charged by your country.

We strongly advise against rejecting a parcel during the import stage. Currently the statistics for a parcel becoming lost due to rejection sits at a 90% high, if this happens no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure the safe return of the parcel.

If you choose to reject a parcel due to failing to familiarise yourself with your countries import charges and want to guarantee a refund for the item, you will be required to pay those charges, accept the parcel, and then arrange and pay for your own return postage.

Please be aware that the costs incurred for receiving and returning the parcel are non-refundable.

Import charges paid to receive the parcel can be refunded by submitting a claim to your tax office with proof of a returns receipt.

We understand that this process can be costly and time-consuming, but it significantly reduces the risks for both parties involved.

Please do not ask us to manipulate any figures on the customs declaration, to save costs on import duty/taxes we will NOT commit fraud for any of our customers.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for something similar.

You have 14 days from the date you purchased to return the item.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

If you change your mind after receiving the item you will be responsible for costs assosicated for postage both ways, this includes international purchases.

All items returned must be in the condition it was received in.
