Liberon Quality Steel Wool is a flexible abrasive used for stripping and cleaning work. It can be used to remove rust, varnishes, lacquers, softened polishes and paint from wood and metal surfaces.

* Orders placed  before 2pm weekdays  will be dispatched the same day, while those placed over the weekend will be sent first thing Monday morning.

We use Royal Mail as our preferred courier and mainly use a 48hour service, but we sometimes use other 48/24 hour couriers. 

Typically your order should arrive  within 3 working days  of ordering. THIS IS AN AIM AND NOT A  GUARANTEE .

If ordering multiple quantities, we may have to send your order in more than one package or parcel.

  We  DO NOT  post orders at weekends or on bank holidays.

NB: Each metre cut length is folded twice and sealed in a plastic bag for delivery. 

Please also be aware that, due to the nature of the product, the stated values can vary slightly.  However, every effort is made to make sure that each cut length is as consistent as possible.

Aproximate size & weight when packaged:

·         Sample is only available in Grade 0000. It is approx 22cm long and weighs  about 7-8 grams.

·        Grade 0000        –       Approx 30g, 7cm wide x 25cm long.

·        Grade 00            –       Approx 30g, 8cm wide x 25cm long.

·        Grade 0              –       Approx 35g, 9cm wide x 25cm long.

·        Grade 1              –       Approx 40g, 9cm wide x 25cm long.

·        Grade 2              –       Approx 40g, 10cm wide x 25cm long.

·        Grade 3              –       Approx 45g, 10cm wide x 25cm long.

·        Grade 4              –       Approx 45g, 10cm wide x 25cm long.

·         Off Cuts              –      At leaset  200g of wire wool off cuts. 

These off cut bags are mixed random grades of varying lengths and weigh  between  200 and 300g each.
