Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch items purchased on our listing on the same day via the chosen or stated delivery option, if ordered before 12 noon  (Monday to Friday except Bank Holiday). Otherwise it will be dispatch on the next working day. We don’t dispatch items on Saturday. You have the option to use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm, but order has to be placed and payment has to be cleared before 12 noon  (Monday to Thursday) for you to receive your order to get it the next day. Items that will be ordered on a Friday will incur additional postage cost if you want a guaranteed delivery on a Saturday.

Delivery Times

Most of our deliveries are delivered by Royal Mail. Standard (1st  Class) Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days, and Economy (2nd  Class) Delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch of your item/s. Please consider this estimated delivery times (and not the Ebay  delivery times) when ordering an item which require urgent receipt. Despite our best efforts and timely dispatch of your item, delays in post do occasionally happen. Sorry, but we can’t accept liability for any delay or for not delivering the products within the estimated delivery time. Please contact us by using the  Ask a question  button that can be found in the bottom part of this listing, if you still have not received your item outside of the estimated delivery times. In order to leave enough time for the Royal Mail to deliver your item, please allow 15 working days from the date that the item was due for delivery before we can register your item/s as "Lost In Post". Item/s will not be registered as "Lost In Post" within 15 working days of the item being sent to you. Should the delivery times change due to a supply issue or any other unforeseen reason caused by us, we will send you a message through Ebay or by email to confirm the revised expected delivery time. If the revised delivery time is inconvenient for you, you have the option to cancel your order and a full refund be given.  Some items may be delivered to you directly by our nominated carriers. If your item is dispatched in this way, we will include the details of the carrier and how to track your delivery while it is on its way to you.

Return Policy

We do our best to provide fantastic quality goods with a service to match. However in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in the exact condition that it arrived to you, all tags must be attached, all packaging must be intact. Please advise us by contacting us using the  Ask a question  button that can be found in the bottom part of this listing before sending the goods. Items should be returned to the address found on the top left corner of the parcel within 30 days at your own return postage cost. We advise buyers returning an item to us to use a trackable method of delivery so that you will know the status and whereabouts of the returned item.  We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned products.  The refund process will be initiated as soon as we verify the condition of the returned item. Refund processing times varies from within 24 hours to up to 3 working days to go back to your Paypal account.  Where you have returned an item which is not in a fully resalable condition, or the item was damaged due to lack of protective packaging materials, or part of the item has gone missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the product.   We will advise you through eBay communication system if this happens.  If you will require us to send an item back to you, for one or all of the reasons mentioned above, this will incur a redelivery charge. If the item is faulty or significantly not as described in the listing, a replacement item or a full refund including postage cost will be given.

Unpaid Items and Cancellation

All items that are awaiting payment will be sent an unpaid item reminder 2 days after putting your order. For buyer who made a purchase and had duplicate order left that is awaiting payment, we will be sending you a message regarding the item that is awaiting payment and will ask for a response on how to proceed with the transaction. If no response is received, an unpaid item reminder will be sent 2 days after sending the message. If you change your mind after paying with Paypal and your item hasn't been dispatched yet, you will be given your refund less a non-refundable 20p Paypal fee. We regret to inform that we cannot cancel any items which had been already dispatched. Please see our return policy for returning of unwanted items.
